Yes, plans are 24-month terms and automatically renew annually.
The PayRange Essential Plan is only available to operators with up to 500 machines. If you have more than 500 machines, you are not eligible for the Essentials plan and will need to upgrade to either the Connected Plan or the Advanced Management plan.
All PayRange plans have a machine minimum of 10 to be equipped with the PayRange cashless payment solution.
PayRange offers professional installation as an optional add-on for $149- per location up to 50 machines, available with any PayRange plan. For a limited time, PayRange is offering laundromat customers free installation for one location up to 50 machines with a PayRange plan signup. If you have more than 50 machines or multiple locations, you can purchase additional installation add-ons to match your total machine and location count. Installation includes professional trained installers who will install the required hardware on your machines and takes care of all set up, installation, configuration, testing and account creation. You only need to enroll in a plan if you want access to future upgrades or new product features. If you’re satisfied with the features currently available on your machines, nothing changes—your BluKeys will continue to operate with the feature set that was included when you originally purchased them.
To access future updates and new features on your existing machines, you’ll need to upgrade to a PayRange plan. When you upgrade, you’ll be charged the platform service fee per machine, but the per-device activation fee is waived since you’ve already purchased BluKeys. To get started, please contact PayRange Customer Success team @ for assistance.
To add PayRange to additional machines, you’ll need to enroll in one of the available PayRange plans. New machines will be charged the platform service fee per machine and the applicable transaction rate for your industry. A one-time activation fee per device applies at plan sign-up.
With a PayRange plan, hardware is licensed to you for the duration of your contract, and PayRange covers all hardware and software repairs associated with that hardware. A full manufacturer’s warranty is included for the length of the contract, excluding damage caused by theft or vandalism. If you renew your contract, your hardware and software coverage continues for the renewal term.
PayRange charges a flat processing transaction fee and a PICS fee per mobile transaction. Please refer to your PayRange plan and industry type. Due to varying industry associated processing costs, our transaction rate varies by industry type. A PICS Fee of $0.02 per transaction also applies.
Once PayRange is set up and running on your machines, sales are collected from Sunday through Sunday and we deposit weekly payments to your linked bank account every Monday. PayRange processing fees are charged per transaction and are automatically deducted from your weekly PayRange reimbursements.
The Platform Service fee per machine is billed weekly and will be deducted from your weekly PayRange reimbursements.
For PayRange Plans that include PayRange professional installation – the PayRange subscription plan starts the day the first device is installed and activated by our professional installation team. For all other customers who signed up for a PayRange plan and are installing our cashless payment themselves, the monthly subscription starts 30 days after the plan signup date.
Each PayRange plan requires a 24 month contract. You can not pause or cancel your PayRange plan. However, you can at anytime upgrade or downgrade your PayRange plan by contacting PayRange directly.
No—All PayRange BluKey devices ares provided as licensed equipment which is billed as an activation fee per device at time of plan sign up.
As you move to plans designed for larger fleets, the platform delivers greater control, advanced features, and more configuration options to help you manage machines efficiently at scale. In other words, adding more machines unlocks additional platform capabilities, and the platform fee reflects the value of those expanded features.
If you choose not to renew after the 24-month plan term, you'll need to return all PayRange BluKey hardware. You are responsible for the return shipping and any associated costs. Weekly fees at your current rate will continue to apply until all hardware is received by PayRange in undamaged condition.
Your PayRange subscription billing begins 30 days after sign-up. If your BluKey devices are not installed or registered by that time, you will still be billed the platform service fee per machine to the credit card on file.

PayRange works with most commercial machines that accept payment. PayRange is compatible with vending MDB standard and our solution simply plug-and-plays into vending machines in less than a minute.
For laundry machines, the machines must be commercial with an electronic payment system. PayRange cashless solution works with both serial and pulse protocol laundry machines. For some advanced features, such as remote pricing, requires your machine to have compatible serial protocol. Otherwise, all other PayRange features work with pulse protocol laundry machines.
Yes, when you sign up for a PayRange plan, you are automatically enrolled in the PayRange First Purchase Free (FPF) new user campaign. There is no option to disable this feature during the 24-month plan period. The FPF campaign is designed to encourage your customers to download the PayRange mobile app. On average, operators who promoted the program saw an immediate increase of 30% in mobile sign ups. The feature is fully customizable to your business and you will be able to set the maximum reward value for the first purchase free offer in the PayRange Manage backend business suite.
The Connected Room solution is an optional add-on available with both the Plus and Advanced Plans. To enable Connected Room, you’ll need to purchase a one-time PayRange BluKey Connect device—typically one per room or location. Larger rooms or locations may require additional devices. A platform service fee is charged per connected room.
