PORTLAND, OR / PayRange Inc., a network for everyday purchases, launched a program to lend support to existing App users at apartments, dorms, and other unattended retail locations as they navigate through the COVID-19 virus outbreak. The program will allow loyal consumers to use washers and dryers even if their card is declined due to insufficient funds, allowing the user to repay at a later date. The same program also works at vending machines on the PayRange network.
